At this stage, we collaborate with architects and designers, analysing their project requirements to establish the most cost-effective construction methods while maintaining their vision. We provide tailored budget estimates or fixed prices based on the project's status.
At this stage, if we have contributed to your final design, we can finalise the budget price
established during the consulting phase. If we are approached later in the project cycle
where your custom elements have already been designed, we can simply provide a price
based on drawings developed by yourself or your consultant.
Once we are engaged, we begin constructing the works as required. Lead times can be
carefully managed, they can be accelerated depending on your needs. This is due to most
elements being constructed in-house thus not having a dependency on external sources for
manufacture.
